...ackgrounds of employees. Mostly not given any credits to any of the suited ones. Owner o the company tends to changes salary dates in his wishes. Was there for two years, it was good company atleast at first, but it deteriorated.

Dislikes

No proper explanation on deduction of salary, later found many of them were photoshoped outcome to show us the negative results. Gender centric discrimination were there at most. Being Bengali they even deducted Durga Puja leaves. No maternity leave there, even some one died at house they will deduct salary (happened with me).

Likes

Still the behaviour of boss is good and polite. Neat and clean space. Though the company culture is getting worse due to favourism politics.

Dislikes

Deduct salary by unfair way by showing false fail reports. Favourism and partiality from boss to selected employees. No Holidays even on National Holidays like May day, Good Friday, Eid etc. Despite of having elegible employees great knowledge, experience and educational qualifications promotion is given to the unfit persons. Quality Checker and Team Leader is given to such a person in Academic writing who asks others before writing, checking common things. Yes QC and TL is given to an ineligible one who knows politics better than actual work. The condition of employees of for other posts are also the same. Treatment as labour and deduct salary by unfair way. Treat Sweepers, House keeping staffs as if they are untouchable, do not give atleast 50 rupees for cleaning poops, vomit of cat in staircase. Seriously, just like Burrabazar mentality. Labour owner relation.

One of the best places to work for. It is not an MNC but the work culture and the work-life balance is good

Dislikes

The company has the potential to reach an employee strength of over 100 but they are very conservative in terms of hiring.
