I like that I have to stay at home specially during Covid times and no need to come to office for any documentation or meetings. I get to learn more about handling different projects and managing teams as a senior role.

Dislikes

Work culture is work, no professional aspect. Salary is inadequate compared to the work needs to be done. There is a timer which gets affects much of the work since many a times that timer doesn't work and our productive works are not recorded in that. I had to switch to different projects and since environment is worse, juniors from those teams were leaving before I was assigned that team, lead to extra work load. Even weekends are not week offs, it's like we had to work over there on weekends too without any incentives or overtime bonus.

The job is target based, if you targets are not achieved even when there are no questions on portal, they will deduct ur salary. Morover these target related thing is never communicated by HR at the time of joining. They just find small reasons for salary deduction. Upon asking, why salary got deducted, they never provide proper feedback.

Reporting manager has no work ethics. The organization is not transparent at all. At the time of recruitment they will say the salary is fixed and all Saturday and Sunday are off but during induction they introduce to an entirely different company policy of salary deduction based on targets and hubstaff activity, also all Saturdays are not off. The exploit their employees. Targets are unachievable even if we work 12 hours a day. A complete fraud company.

On a serious note, I have not liked anything about this organization.

...utside their job descriptions, with the only exception being mopping the floors. Furthermore, if you decide to resign, they have the audacity to use your name to withhold invoice payments. I strongly suggest that you consider leaving a gap in your resume rather than working for this organization. For freelancers, I recommend staying away from this company, as they are unlikely to pay you for your work.

poor salary Unrealistic targets No prior training no skill developments programs are conducted they just tell you the guidelines and we just have to follow that blindly , Just providing guidelines is not a training , you must tell how to make the starboards more creatively.
