... supporting their employees in social media but in truth there was no support...they dint pay their employees for april-may at all..but madeus work from home...even called us tooffice to work in may...apparently they will pay after 12-18 months...karigars with family massive suffered even they are calling their employees to work on a daily basis and paying them 50% of the salary..they are taking advantage of the pandemic and using people desparation against them.

there is too much money related issues the vendors aren't paid on time.Salaries aren't paid on time. A job which requires 5 people will be managed only by 2.so theres no balance no system or no proper administraion .U get no holidays and it doesnt matter what u specialise in...u have to do all the work given to u...so if u a designer u might not even get to design...they might assign you some other dept.

Very good company, and all staff are very good , Abu sir and Sandeep sir is very good person and senior staff as afshan ma'am is very good lady , she is nature very helping ,

Company have only policy of late sitting and that too till 9.30 to 10.30. If you left before 9.30 then no OT will be provided. And you are forced to leave before OT hours completed.

Dislikes

No work life balance, strictly late sitting. If you come late then per minute deduction is there. Even if you work hard, you are forced to sit late in the office. Even you have to attend office on sunday strictly. Better be aware before joining.

This is the best place to work as you get to create original & learn so much. Also the bosses are so compassionate and they take care of their employees wholeheartedly. I feel fortunate to have worked there.

First thing first it is "Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla" please if you want review get names proper. It's very insulting to any one if you mess the name. Work is challenging, timeline are drawn and there is continuous innovation required. In short complete chaos. Than again there is a completion in chaos and the reward are very good.
