The company has good training programs got to learn some but some locations managements don't want their staff to grow and they are not motivating them VERY SAD part. Only influence people in this company gets growth. I have seen people growing from cleaner, dish washer to Operation manager, Area general manager which you can only 3% deserve to get that position rest all 97% are buttering to their manager or having some or the influence with the management in company.
