Great experience to work with abu dhabi national hotel excellent work nd excellent training for food safety, basic food hygiene , haccp nd the main thing was the golden rule of company.

The company has good training programs got to learn some but some locations managements don't want their staff to grow and they are not motivating them VERY SAD part. Only influence people in this company gets growth. I have seen people growing from cleaner, dish washer to Operation manager, Area general manager which you can only 3% deserve to get that position rest all 97% are buttering to their manager or having some or the influence with the management in company. Specially working with ALLA REID ( Area Executive Chef )

Lack of communication, Unfair pay , Under Appreciation, Favoritism, Work Overload, Micromanagement, Incompetent Managers, No Opportunity for Advancement, Overbearing Bosses,

Company is good giving a salry on time but I have completed hotel management and tourism diploma I want to join barista post so plz I want to learn more and more and I want training about barista post if possible I would like to join as soon as possible plz

Some places are managers thinking about staff use and throw policy,. I'm coming to vacation from my home unfortunately my family problems i cannot go return, my location management is absconding me .now I'm sofer to come abudhabi national hotel, I'm again applied to company but he's saying,we can't hiring me previous absconding to aur system he's sayed like that . what we do how to come again this company......

ADNH is good company, for salary given time to time, safety security

...ect people talent. I have a ten-year experience. I spend my five years in ADNH. what they are not given any promotions and salary increments. that is a weak point of andh.
