hiring on third party payroll at the time of interview nobody told you about that you just got the third party offer letter working on third party payroll means you are labor in this company while on roll staff have Saturday off you have to come and work alone in office . third party payroll which is lack of basic facilities like insurance, medical and the worst part of this company is management the director is came to office in second half and seating till 11 , 12 at night so have work until 8 or late. No social and family life . The director's message is family and friends are give stress work so don't go to them.

It's good but not up to the mark if compared with other industries player and firm position of company in the industry. Little bit on conservative side for the commercial growth of employees.

Dislikes

Work life balance, leaves and HR management is poor. Leaving employee won't get good support and smooth exit.

Working site staff with there very good effort in completing the project

Dislikes

No appreciation no increment in salary structure for person working hard at site, may be management not able to understand the employee

The senior management is least bothered what is happening to its people who are working in low profiles (like freshers, or a new comer who have joined recently and is working in intermediate positions)
