HR policies are to zero in this company, even if your confirmation is not done, will you get it done for 45 days or you will have to pay his salary? If your duty is completed. Even if you complete it at 8:00, you will be forcibly stopped. And whatever extra work you do, you will not get anything for it. Your salary will be deducted without any notice. Once your salary is cut, you will never get it again. On holidays like festivals, you will be called for work and even then you will not get any extra payment.

1. Organisation focus on compliance. 2. The salary structure and yearly increament.

1. There is no reporting hierarchy. 2. The feedback mechanism is one way 3. No self respect. 4. In QA department there is lot of politics due to Job insecurities of Head QA and his designee. 5. There is no HR policy for the investigation if anyone complaint about HOD.

...re in North India in pharmaceutical injectable. wroking-life balance is average. HR policies is not too much good, but salary always comes in define date by management. Overall all my experience is good.

Here I feel maximum politics from junior level (operator) to management level. During work if any mistake(unintentionally) done by any person then his /her salary deducted by HR. Due to which people's afraid to-do critical works.

Great opportunity as company has built with high quality standards for manufacturing sterile injections, ampoules and pre-filled syringes and complex products as sterile suspension products
