nothing to like about this "lala" company except may be few people who are genuinely skilled and have experience. They are either targeted by the politics here or are themselves doing politics to save their skin

Dislikes

1. salary - comes at around 20-25th every month 2. no appraisals, nothing. to the point they will force you to quit 3. directors - no knowledge no skills no proper communication, often abuse and will treat you like a slave. too much money and too much power. 4. strictly 6 days working, no holidays even for rakha bandhan,dussehra, new year etc, they will jump the gun to deduct your salary at every chance they get.

Likes

Nothing good about this company. If there was an option to give negative points, I would have done that, but since there isn’t, I’m forced to give them one star.

Dislikes

Basically, they operate like a 'Lala company,' and I don’t think anyone should join them. Directors believe they are superior and treat employees like SLAVE'S. Salaries are delayed by a month, and they don’t follow any government policies because they assume no one has the power to challenge them. Nobody leaves the company on a good note—employees often face issues such as unpaid salaries or withheld bonuses. If you’re seeing good reviews about them, I’m certain they are written by their CHAPLUS under the directors' shadow. I’m also confident this company has no future. If you’re considering joining here, please rethink your decision
