Before it is renewal none target job.Now it is totally target oriented job if l am not achieve my target my salary will be deducted. I am a famied person it's very my problem full to me to effort this.

Now the job is totally target oriented.lf any employee can not achieve 85 percent to ninety percent renwal target then salary must be deducted. I not like any target oriented job so therefore I want to change this job.

...will terminate us without paying any settlement amount. We are forced to resign. After resignation what we got , only the basic salary for three months which was not even equal to one month salary. ABP SHOW THEIR WORST FACE IN THIS PANDEMIC TO THEIR EMPLOYEES. I can say ABP management is the one the worst. Who left their employees to die during the days of pandemic .

Nothing at all. No support. Lost my job during Covid. Approx 40% workforce reduction. Also, they are known for politics and layoff. Do be careful before joining them.

No orientation for process. Nothing happens on records or documented. Even the salary break up isn't mentioned on the appointment letter. It will be sent to you on mail seperately before the offer letter is handed over to you. Offer letter or appointment letter doesn't have a mention.

Full of favourism. No proper plan of growth. Lack of vision in digital department. Only few persons of Product department are aware of the actual requirements and to explain.

The previous top management was bit slow. The present top management has shaped up the organisation very well.
