.... No work ethics. It is a fraud company for it's customers as well as employees. They promise one salary and provide half of that. No one in this company cares about it's growth. Work is a joke here. No learning, no growth, no money. Management is pathetic. Bosses are pathetic. None of them care about the work. All they do is go and gossip. Rather than working they only indulge in office politics.

The constructive feedback is that this company should be shut down. There's only cheating and fraud happening in there.

Few seniors work culture are not healthy one so tremendous pressure created and the way of ijp is not good selections should be fair sales is not only parameter to judge a good employee ..service should be good

There is not such things to like about company

Dislikes

Work Life Balance is too worst. Employees even have to work on Saturday Sunday even when they work 9 hrs in weekdays along with night shifts also. Totally hectic schedule and dis-management happens.

Work is not over after office timing. Though it doesn't make any sense as no hikes given to employees for long times. Conflict between the sales channels of company is not a healthy competition.

It is not very satisfying as the hikes were not given to the employees.

I've been working here almost two years now.very good friendly atmosphere and good work culture.Top manager's are excellent.

Dislikes

There are huge gap in increment policy.Not at all good paid master company i must say.
