Someone rightly said, people made a company and a company made complete society. I truly believe in this. ABM is my second company in my whole career, When I joined this company I was just finished my MBA, this was my first job and now I am senior finance manager here. This company supported me a lot, taught me a lot and helped me financially a lot. Last 13 years I am associated with this company but few years back I left this company for better opportunity , I was out for two years 2019 - 2021. Now I can understand why this company is better than others. I love management approach and their friendly nature. I wish this company best of luck.

I have only one disliking that, this company pay salary on time every month and some employees thake opportunity to leave the company without any information. I think they should hold the salary for atlist 10 days.

...n opportunity to work with them. I will be obelised with this company life long. They provided salary increment and on time salary throughout my working till 2023. Due to some family problem I leave this company but still I regret for my decision. for the management of this company, I must say they was very friendly and they have broad vision toward future. They were always ready for new ideas, they appreciate if you want to give any suggestion to improve work culture. The working environment was too good. All employees was very helpful and co-operative. Good salary structure.

Very bad work culture. Sales team lead is very unprofessional . Bad mouthing about employees specially about female employees . All good reviews r fake, given by them only.

I am working for this company from last 5 years and I must say that, the working environment is excellent. there is lots of thing with makes me more better than previously I joined. I learned and update myself a lot. I joined as Jr. Executive now I Sr. manager and managing the team of 10 people. I am happy with my progress in this company. I will recommend others to please join this company. this is the best IT company in kolkata to work with
