...t all besides top performer consistently for 5 month not giving incentives too.not giving earned leave converted into salary. And asked them why are they keep changing their investors and company name.

I have worked under almost 7-8 mangers in the organisation few were good few were just supportive (were not that bad)

Everything apart from managers there nothing to learn in the company , less salary very bad worklife balance , incentives and all will be changing in between and we not used to receive properly as well , i have resigned and had served few days of notice period as well but even in notice period they used to torcher me to reach complete and full targets in between notice period my 2nd level manger who just been joined for 5 days asked me to drop a mail for early relieving and i did the same but at the time of receiving Full and Final settlement they reject giving me my F and F stating not serving notice period completely

One or Two person is leading the company bringing their close friends from Edtech giving them the best opportunities and promoting them and this is true example of nepotism, they will send a mail for Hr discussion n inform you that company is not able to run properly so we have to fire people,leave balances are not credited in FnF, and after you r sign nobody is going to pick your call so that you can ask for your money. This has not happened with me only but every employee who left will tell you, if you don't believe search the company name on LinkedIn and interact with other employees of this fraud company.
