Work culture is amazing and there is never any burden of working on any staff. Also leaves can be availed as and when needed. All staff are of helpful nature.

Salary is curtailed from last 2 years. Rest there is no issue at all.

Since i have Been working for 16 years in the same bank, my team mates are like my family. I have a very good working environment. I had an opportunity to train my colleagues and share my knowledge.

...opportunity to move to a higher level since seniority is given first preference. Speaking about salary it’s not up to the mark, at this point of my career and after spending so many years in the same institution I would have expected to reach minimum Ra.9lakh per annum pay scale which is not the case now.

...and colleagues are helpful, but not ambitious. Career growth is little bit slow. Salary is also not competitive in today's market. But 100% job security you can have. You can maintain work and personal life in proper balance.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow, senior staff are almost more than 50 years of age, so they are not competitive in nature or innovative.

poor working culture, no promotions or appraisals based on work performance, salary & benefits are not in proper ratio with current increasing cost of living. No bonuses.

Salary on time, collegues at branches are helpful, nice working environment and ambience

Slow career growth, salaries are far behind industry standards, no optimum job rotation, no proper co-ordination between front-end and back-end teams
