Get threats for job from owner every minute to all employees, no leaves even necessary or in medical condition, no benefits, no parks, never give complete salary , cut down salary for coming late even one minute late, fire employees first in covid 19. Poor behaviour with employees.

Dislikes

No increments in salary, owner misbehave with employees, cut down salary for unnecessary reasons on job threats, no benefits, cut down 5% salary as a security deposit so that employees dont resign from job. Fire employees without notice and without benifets. Fire a lot of staff during covid 19. call duty even on national holidays like independence day or republic day

Dislikes

Personal life get disturb while working for Abhitex. No growth no increments. Company cut 10% salary as security and don't pay it if candidate want to leave this company. They compel the employees to work contentiously or they lapse this 10% security amount.

Likes

Abhitex international is a well known export house in panipat export industry. I really like the working environment and the competition pressure within the company that enhances the individual skills to complete the task within given time framework.

Dislikes

HR activities are not as per expectation as performance appraisal is not considered at all which demotivates the efficient employees.
