No management team. Mo Human resource team nothing is there only an accountant is there to get salary. No job security. If you know good politics then you survive . knowledge/Honesty/experience/education nothing matters in this company.

Overload of work, Gives tension & stress to all employees. No any policies like limited company, company is running as a proprietor itself. Time is very high, almost 11 hours, still how you have to take permission to go home everyday. Very Strict nature of Managing director, you can not talk with single person. have to give each second's work calculation. Worst company I have ever visited. Feels like you would die if you do job here.
