There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. There is a bond of 365 working day's (near 1.5 year bond) before which you cannot resign. An increment occurs after one full year

Very work friendly environment. Office culture is very good. There is much more I learned than I ever imagined. Thank you to seniors and md sir, ceo sir. Very happy to be part of abhinav it family. On this woman's day I joined them in celebration. they celebrated the event which I feel really good to maintain good office culture.

Nothing here to like very disasters work culture I have ever seen , very bad behavior, they Nothing pay you , simply they are fraud, they don't pay you for two months then fire , there is no defined work they can ,provide any work. If you hired as developer or sales executive they can provide any work like fan fitting in office window fitting in office , there is no proper cleaning , when you sitting here feels like you seat like garbage.

Kothruds dumping ground better than this office , because there no cleaning staff, washrooms dump as public toilet . Don't waste your time here is the he'll. If you want to see real he'll then come to Abhinav IT solutions . Please guys don't join this company. Join catering services or watchmen duty , because this jobs 1000 % better than this .

Very bad company I have worked in this company for 1 year but no value of work no value of employee salary is not on time no holiday but salary is cut no increase in salary should think while joining the company

And any teacher and principle not believe i am self employed abhinav master college and all teachers work don't properly and other old teachers going not other college all teachers create misbehaviour all times with me and other people don't respect all teachers and all teachers and principles are fraud she is given all special teachers commission and eating fraud type food and all not going to my college and please give me self power of officers
