They don't value their Employees.they just their work to be done that too in low pay.no growth. don't appreciate your work..just want long hrs to work for them.and lot more restrictions.feels like working in worst environment.

Money as a fresher compared to other firms

Need to sign a bond agreement of 2 years. The 1st-month salary is not given until 2 years are completed. One Associate whose name means "HAPPINESS" will turn your life into "SADNESS". Phones are not allowed to be used.

Office Polices Strict timings Salary deducts, even washroom time gets add in out time Always urgency of projects No work life balance You get no time for yourself or for other things They treat you like your in school and they are teachers and principal No use of mobile allowed Official office time is 9.30 to 6.30 but you get to sit till 8.00 or even 10.00 at night

Office timings - 9.30-8 almost Everyday without any compensation in time or salary Salary deduction with negative hours Even Washroom times deducted No site visits Narsisist Manager Micro managing at its worst Mostly its drafting works Contract includes lot of unnecessary things Most of Reviews on other sites are fake because they blackmail you to give good reviews They take a month of salary & if you want experience letter they don't return your salary. So the experience letter costs a month salary for you which is not ethical practice. In any circumstances If you want to leave before a contract ends you don't get anything. So at the end of years you waste your time with working for them & It doesn't even provide you any career growth

Freshers get a lot to learn (only positive). Attrition rate is very high, so fresh faces every month.

Dislikes

Company culture, Compensation (is very low), Working hours (no work life balance). Not recommended for long term career. Almost every Saturday is working.
