...don't have any type of knowledge. They are doing work only for salary no output. No personal growth, no salary growth so many dislike things but i can't write here.

honestly, i didn't enjoy my time at the company due to toxic work environment & unsustainable pace. the presence of office politics and lack of personal growth opportunities also made it a difficult experience.

...atment( write to forcefully resign). - zero recognition or reward for hard work. - 4 month salary delay with no communication. - No response to call or massages. - abrupt termination with no notice or no any payment. ...our job any time termenate to you and management have no good idea for employee. only use to man power skill but no any skill perfomance reward , never give incremnet never salary got on time always late

management and some plant manager have no any technical knowledge just they fire in air and think they are always right and any lower post employee have knowledge but they thinking this is unusual person

salary issue i am getting salary approx 4 month late regularly 16 months .. my increments is reveres without any review.... due to my immediate boss is not satisfied because i am not favour his wrong and unofficial orders...
