... and fire people, they dont value any employee, HR are the puppets of the boss. They eill give you only 1 and a half months to justify the salary. They do not care if you have any pipelines.

...nisation. If you have a good heart, chances are high you are out in a few weeks. Employees are remembered in numbers (salary) & not by name, as per my HR who himself was fired without any notice by the self proclaimed ”Boss” Gandhi. I wish all the best, God bless 🙌

There’s nothing to be liked about in this organisation. Be very careful while joining this organisation as they will treat you like a robot, just 5 min laate post 9:30 means half day of salary deduction plus the senior management that sits in Delhi office Specifically Mr. Gaurav, thinks himself as of the president of Banana republic He thinks respect is something which is given but he forgot that respect is not given it’s Earned.

Work at our company keeps us always engage. Managment and leadershp is strong, giving clear direction and support. This creates a dynamic work enviroment where creativity thrivs and employees are encourged to push limits. Its really a stimulating place to work.
