Don't judge the book by its cover. Its a managers company. If you are an Arabic nationality you will get all benefits. Vise versa you will get punished for no reason specially with your immediate reporting person.

AAB TOYOTA QATAR and AL MANA FORD are two different Aspects , AAB is the Best of the rest in QATAR , But Compare to AL MANA it's Worst Working Experience

AAB TOYOTA QATAR is Absolutely the Positive in Working Atmosphere . But to Work in AL MANA it's Completely Negative , Corrupted Management and Lack of Leadership .

No growth , brainless managers , no policy and structure at its place. For everything employee is held responsible even after using a bad desktop for 3 years your keyboard stops working then you are responsible for it. You can understand what it is to work like

Work pressure is very high ee have to work even in off days. I have to attend client calls off days and some times late night. But overalls I really loved when i was working with them.
