Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The Company had a very good environment and had a good opportunity to progress.Salary is competitive to market.

The worst company I have ever seen, no salaries for 6 months, no financial clearance at the time of vacation/completion of contract, always cheating, kind advise not to join this company......

This company is only to take experience, management is not good for long term employment, my 6 months salary with EOSB is still pending and company is not given even after 2 years of my company change

Till date we have not met Malik face to face but the source of our livelihood was good in our favor and Mashallah even now he calls us with his voice and gave it at his own time. He was very kind to us.

It was good company but when govt. Projects stop thier billing money then we got start facing finencial problems. After all HR dept. Reduce the manpower so they terminated all of us bcs they stopped construction work..
