Lot of unprofessional politics is being done by labanese management who misleads CEO. They just doesn't want hardworking people and for them only Arabic speaking people are the priority. They humilates indian people who are not buttering to them. Positionwise they does partiality. They are even forcefully taking undue actions on innocent people. Owner also believes according to labanese feedback. I don't blame all but some people are there only to fill the pockets by pleasing owner. I guess if there would have professional, it would be the best company till now but unfortunately it is not because of such cheap kind of atmosphere. They even don't think twice to spoil the career life of anyone nor their families.

D grade company D grade management and hr. D grade salary system If you have emergency at home you can't reach at time because company not able to give your clearence and ticket to you. If you want to join it your own risk.

... supportive and management is transparent. There is huge area to growth ur self.Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every every year.
