Abbott has different entities and businesses in India. There are different policies for different businesses. You feel cheated in Abbott Healthcare pharma business because it has low compensation compared to other entities even though the work is same as other entities

You have to satisfy the ego of your boss and should be ready to give money to stockiest to do your target. If you don't do your target, you will be targeted and will be blackmailed

The company will best in class training to you in product and therapeutic area, Abbott speciality care is best and culture will be excellent and never join in primary care the scenario is entirely different

Compensation is decent but last year hike was only 2 %

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Here look like mnc but culture is like Indian company. Very high pressure.Incriment is very less. Upper managers treat Area manager like no value.
