Work culture and compensation is great acting as a motivation to work. Also, team dinners and lunches are a great. No strict work timings as long as target is achieved or progress is shown

The ex employee engagement policies are really bad and too time taking. Needs to be worked on seriously

Good compensation, good teammates, good training, moderate job security, moderate carrer growth. low politics, no skill development

low self esteem job, abnormal work timing, not really a skilled job at entry level

Average work life balance, best salary structure, HR part ( employees benefits and engagement) is quite well as per other company

Dislikes

The most dislike things are Job security, skill development, work satisfaction. The company culture is going to worst after joining some Department heads who are not suitable to keep the company culture and deteriorated the culture Day by day

Toxic Manager's,Lack of Support from Newly promoted Manager's,Not Skilled enough to Handle the Team' and Poor Team Management. Harassment from Manager's to TBMs

Everything is good except promotions & CTC.

Proper salary corrections are not happening as per age & experiencing. Iam 34 years old, having 9 years experience in Abbott with 6.2 lac CTC. my juniors with 26 years old & 2 years of experience is having more than 8 lac CTC. Training department has not designed promotions in proper way. That’s why I resigned to company.
