Pressure to deliver numbers.. FLM need to absorb all the pressure and keep on finding the way to deliver the number by .motivating self and representative.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 8-9 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.

Toxic Manager's,Lack of Support from Newly promoted Manager's,Not Skilled enough to Handle the Team' and Poor Team Management. Harassment from Manager's to TBMs

Proper salary corrections are not happening as per age & experiencing. Iam 34 years old, having 9 years experience in Abbott with 6.2 lac CTC. my juniors with 26 years old & 2 years of experience is having more than 8 lac CTC. Training department has not designed promotions in proper way. That’s why I resigned to company.
