Our Rsm was chayan Choudhry he is worst person in my entire career. He will guide to do a work & at the end the mistakes guided by him he won't accept it he will ask a proof for that when he said. Senior managers never ever ask what happens btwn us & never Supports the executive who works hard under field. Who will record all the things when we are speaking lively face to face everytime so from his behavior I have resigned the company

After working in the organization for 4 years, we were asked to leave the organization in 2 hours time or to face termination. The only reason given was restructuring, which was completely false.
