It depends on your 1st impression, if you are recognized as go getter during your initial days with your manager then you will strive in every aspect of your work and you will enjoy your stay at ABB. Technically sound company with lot of global exposure. If you're really interested in developing yourself to a next level to handle more responsibilities than this is a good company.

The company which has system in place. Allows individual to take complete ownership of the assignment. Good people/ colleagues. Best when it comes to OHS.

...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.
