ABB started digital domain in 2019 All software engineer ,R&D engineer are deployed in this digital domain. SDLC cycle are not good. Agile is not followed. Delivery time is very short they put immense pressure on developer with 2-8 years experience. Everybody it exists company in 1 or 2 years, mid exp and senior like 10+ Almost all leave before 2 years.
