They provide regular health checkups. If working in night shifts, cab facilities, free food and snacks. This is the some things i liked there.(i was in contract there)

Dislikes

...on, you just work like labour but can't expect anything from boss or Management. Because of management's obsession for cost-cutting employees suffered a lot. No team lunch, no team outing, no extra activites other then work. Just work and go. No monetary benefits for overtime workings. Totally demotivating environment. (News)After some days they are going to automate the processes, so bye bye to all hard working employees. Never recommend this company.

I liked company’s innovative product offerings, good company culture and job security is also good.

Dislikes

Salary compensation is not as per competition. Company has a flat organization structure which is a disadvantage for promotion and appraisals.

...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.

Having issue with salary thing didn't match with the current industry standard for existing experienced employees

Salary is comparatively higher than other manufacturing companies. Good work culture. Supportive management. Good performers are usually recognised and rewarded.

Dislikes

Little to no HR activities like team outings, team dinners etc. very little learning opportunities inside the company.
