Good company to learn during the projects. You get many opportunities to learn and grow. Management instructions are very good for employees. ABB has its own brand in market so you get well respect from client. Company offers lumpsum leave's for employees.

...good. Commissioning & servicing engineer life not good. You need to travel more. Salary hike is not good. ABB has not grown in standardization of documents or drawings compared to other companies. Growth system in this company is very slow. Only your salary increases but not your position until you bucket your manager.

Site work condition very worst,no time to complete the work,daily minimum 12 hour job without overtime.

Treatment good no training given career not growth because 3 party payment salary not increase not politics environment approximately own innovation such tipe work.

I have 3 party payroll so all about not good with contract end job end.

Salary compensation is not as per competition. Company has a flat organization structure which is a disadvantage for promotion and appraisals.

...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.
