...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The management company in poor but contract person not a chance in permanent employee.the contract person only work contract not a company permanent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. the contract person only work contract not a company permanent chance.

Salary compensation is not as per competition. Company has a flat organization structure which is a disadvantage for promotion and appraisals.

...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.
