Only problem in working with Abatek is high level of Job insecurity. Business fluctuations are high so when sales is good they do hiring and when sales is down they do firing . Rest everything is very good in the company. Good and systematic work .

BEWARE of Abatek who hire you for need or without need of position from other countries and fire you on the following grounds: 1. Company puts the condition of 100% to pass the probation within six month. They takes all from you in the name of completion of 100% probation to update their system, automation projects, customers etc. 2. It told to you that you are not capable as per Abatek standard. 3. Pathetic working conditions to survive. If anyhow you survive for few months you will be under tremendous pressure of firing on any day. Once they fire you, they will immediately cancel the work permit and visa, and force you to vacate Thailand as on date. on same day they force you to even vacate the house provided by company. Even no any employee/ staff of company will cooperate you from that date. As they fear that if they talk they will also get fired. So if you are with your family you have to re think to join the company. "this has happened with me and many of my colleagues. I don't want it to be happened with others."

Dislikes

1. Too much of reporting and answerability on smartsheet hampers the system of working. 2. No compliance of HR policy. All policies are framed and changed as and when directed by CEO. 3. No balance between company and personal life. 4. Strict timings. 5. Persons at senior levels are not cooperative and all obey the only instructions of CEO, as CEO is the god of Abatek. Have to work under unnecessary pressure, else any day throw you out.

Everything. First they hire you from another country telling many lies then they will fire you after one or two months. If somehow you survive few months still you will be under constant pressure of firing always. After firing they will force you to leave Thailand same day so think twice if you have family. If few bucks is more important for you than your mental peace then can come

Unsupportive, trying to utilise Covid to threaten employees stating they won't get any new job if they leave and making them work more, increasing working days, reducing salary stating low sales, strangely working days increased due to high number of orders, increasing probation period of new employees to avoid giving benefits and can fire anytime, Changed job roles and working for all Engineering and operations team, made department barriers between Operations and all other team (Changed working hours and days for different teams different) , Increased pressure for Foreign employees and threaten stating no flight are operational if you guys resign. And finally compelling many to resign rather than layoff (layoff need to show proof of loss, which they don't have as company is in profit) they call some people and take their phone away and ask them to resign now and is not allowed to leave the room, this happens just every Friday or Saturday by evening just 30 mins before working time ends. So basically the guy will be working sincerely till 30 mins of his last working day. So you guys decide

Extremely pathetic ethics and moral values, especially CEO who is totally taking this company in wrong direction. Treating employees especially foreign employees badly and pressuring them like they own the person. And meanwhile the ceo himself do believe he is a god and he owns the employees
