1.The video needs to be uploaded every day, and if the work is not done, the salary gets cut. 2.If you don't answer a senior's call on a holiday, the salary gets cut. 3.They call you to the office whenever they feel like it.

...ere is no professionalism, people don't know how to talk to their colleagues. 5. The salary is very Low.

Here in Abacus Desk you have a chance to learn what you want how you want, you have enough time to study and learn along with work, that this place is best for one who want to grow his/her skills but him/herself only. You won't get much support from others/seniors because there is very less seniors over there. You got a platform you what can yourself. Company usually hires freshers, mostly who can get trained and work for free at least for few months.

Dislikes

... coding or documentation or regarding any technical tools people use now a days. Even there is no documentation structure of employee either for verification or regarding salary, like PF, Salary Slip, Job/Offer/Appraisal type letters, Medical Insurance and other thing in employee benefit till date. You may have to work in multiple sector/technologies. But still this company is best suited for non IIT/IIIT/NIT background people, who use to get educated from local colleges and want to learn with passion from themselves. Company gives you a platform and you have prove yourself.
