Its been almost 10 years i am working here. I joined this company as fresher and the company culture is so good that i have spent around 10 years here. Company respect the talent and far away from politics. Promote work life balance. You will feel blessed if you have started your career with this organization. So much learning you get here in short period of time. I can compare a 2 years of Experience in this organization with average 4 years of experience in any other organization.

It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions (not just words) that support that. I joined this company as a fresher. When I joined I belongs to the non IT background, Having little bit knowledge for web development. But after joining ACS, I learn lot of fundamental concept here from the help of seniors. They having very good working environment. They recognize the talent and skill and rewarded you hard work.
