people mindset of the people, it was good initially slowly the people moving in from Accenture spoiled the Culture.

Compensation is good, good growth at lower to mid career level. Overall Benefits program are good.

Dislikes

Top Management is baised and promotes only their chosen few. In India, setup is largely boutique, with few getting access to Top management leadership roles, causing dissatisfaction and attrition at Director level and above. Less of meritocracy at top as Director continue to hold on position and largely doesn't bring value add to team they lead, due to lateral cross functional growth . Working hours are erratic and one is supposed to do evrything spanning across time zones. No gym, or other recreation possible given it has leased just 2-3 floors and 2-3000 odd employees all out together. No overall leadership capabilities program, no process to do whistleblowing, raising concern on managers feedback, so appraisal is mostly unilateral . Horrible PMS to Bonus linkage, and policy around 360 degree feedback being used to take appraisal inputs than development feedback is all the more baised. So, top becomes heavy with like minded similar to me kind of folks.

Don't ever work under the teams of naz otc The senior manager and the manager are vultures of the worst kind.Very toxic people promoting incredibly toxic culture.You are not allowed to ask questions, not allowed to oppose their modern day slavery attitude.Promotions are given based on who can butter the most and not based on merit.Incompetant imbecile makes up the upper management who lack accountability, and filled to the brim with superior arrogance and the company does nothing to course correct,HR are useless, people who raised their voices are fired all in the name of structural reorganization

Initial package is way more than the market standards.

Dislikes

... any sort of experience or some technical guy who doesn't know anything in F&A. Bonus - you just get excuses that company is not doing well and no bonuses. No Job security - employees are thrown out of the company without any prior notification. Insurance would be out of employees pocket. food quality is d poorest.
