Don't ever work under the teams of naz otc The senior manager and the manager are vultures of the worst kind.Very toxic people promoting incredibly toxic culture.You are not allowed to ask questions, not allowed to oppose their modern day slavery attitude.Promotions are given based on who can butter the most and not based on merit.Incompetant imbecile makes up the upper management who lack accountability, and filled to the brim with superior arrogance and the company does nothing to course correct,HR are useless, people who raised their voices are fired all in the name of structural reorganization

Compensation is good compared to most IT companies but overlapping salaries across many bands. The work pressure is very high sometimes and unnecessary sense of urgency is there among managers and senior leadership. Sometimes, I had to work 12-14 hours straight. Managers do not value individuals' unique strength and prefer their personal interest above company's business requirements, which is why appraisal and hikes are biased. I have received appreciation mails from my stakeholders, but they go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals,
