Terrible management. We had to threaten with legal action to get our pay. The work given is not what is advertised on the opening at all, and there is no training to speak of. If you travel for the company, there is never any reimbursement and they will make up excuses to keep your money. They will also simply remove you from your position after six months instead of keeping you on because they don't want to give you any benefits. Even PF isn't given if you don't already have it. Overall the worst experience I've had in my professional career. You're also told the working hours are 9 and a half everyday, but it doesn't matter how early you come in, you're not allowed to leave before 6:30 so the hours given are useless.

...about the company, I would not recommend any Individual to join this company. Management has no Understanding among them selves, No salaries for months even before pandemic !

There is nothing to like, the whole management and owner are the group of fraud people.

Company hired almosed 35 people from PAN India and did not pay to a single person. Since July 2020 all the employees are just asking for their hard earn money but the company has no ethics or empathy to anyone and do not want to pay their salaries.
