... without industry expertise are on management and they dont know how to execute. There's no salary hike in common unless you act you are so thankful to them for no reason. I am an industry expert with varied experience and they just gave 4000 Rs increment after lots of asking.

Zero ethics, worst management, zero learning, and all the five star ratings are inorganic and made up by the organization, Definitely not recommending for freshers

Changing rules according to the management feasibility, rude and dishonest management

No clarity about any project, no clear discussion (because of ego and lack of knowledge). Management conveys diff. messages to diff. employee. New and irrelevant requirements just before employee are about log -off. Management blabber without making sense, so that they can shout at the end of the day. One must join this organization to know more, and leave immediately when it becomes difficult to breath.
