So much pressure no proper management where HR head checks teachers lesson plan who has not even done Bed so one can know what is happening apart from teaching everything is happening all meeting are there to do the paper works and nothing else.

The company is NGO... So it's great experience to work in social sector where children from underprivileged as well as poverty level meets.... It's great learning to work here after working in convent school....

The top management are impatient and they form negative assumption so early.... The hardwork is not recognized and the way of treating employees is terrible...
