I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Good Portfolio. Impressive Clientele.

Dislikes

Chaotic & Very Noisy Work Environment. Cramped Up Office Space with inadequate sitting arrangement. Overlapping of works. Policing through CCTV Footages. Not a flat organization.Directors & CEO enjoy special privileges.

All staff are friendly to each other. No politics between staff.

Dislikes

The owner is a politician without any party. He is the worst employer in my entire career, having no sense to behave with employee. He is superman, he can handle everything at once and expecting same from you while paying you lesser amount which he is not gonna pay you later on..
