lack of transparency: during the interview process, I found the HR representative to be baised and not forthcoming with the important deatils, perticularliy concerning compensation and benefits . despite asking direct questions the HR would often evade the topic or defer the discussion. I was promised with the specific increased in my growth plan with company . however when the time came this promise was retracted without giving valid explanation leaving me feeling misled. altogh the brand has great potential, the current management seems iiequiped to handle and retain talented empoyees, this could potentially jeopardize the companys future success if not addressed.

The footfall and client interaction is good. But, that’s about it.

Everything. This place is a start up and needs to be treated as one in order to grow. The management is very poor and unfit to run this. Only networking doesn’t work - you need to apply and be more accountable for the promises you make. If you’re applying for this job - kindly interview the company and its working model before taking the leap. All the work here is manual - and hence any job here is time consuming. The business head is clueless on how to use any computing tools which makes it difficult for the team under him to function. There is always going to be a huge lag in meeting any deadlines due to working with old school techniques and methods. The only way to survive and sustain is to adapt and hire a stronger management. Also, there is no HR department - it’s only 1 person - who is very biased. So, definitely don’t relay on HR to support you.
