Salary on time . This company good for fresher or those having 2 to 3 years of experience.This company good for having experience in perticular field or project.

Aarvi not interfere if you engage any dispute with client aarvi always in favour of her client not employee. Aarvi encon deploy a Project manager which will manage team according to own interest. If you are ready to give him wine or any party then will always in your favour. They treat you like labour nothing else . There is no CL/PL & any other medical leave. Worst leave policy.

The festival bonus given by the company should be at least equal to 1 month's salary, but the company does not even give 3% of the basic salary

I am currently working at one of its client location.since the last 1. 6 years. Salary is always credited on time. During the covid 2nd and 3 wave, where most of the companies were laying off their employees, Aarvi Encon provided us with full salaries. There were zero deduction and lay off.

Nothing much it's only work only third party pay roll its seem its profit all time, and some time make you fool. So be carefull to join this.

Its make a fool of pepole, recently my resume has been sohort listed for binaOman refinery. I stay there 8 days.after 8 days he denied me for job.it's management it also so bad.
