Aarvi encon is man power supply , contract company. This is not suitable for skilled person and experienced person , very low salary and benefits. Please avoid and try better than it.

...ance are not addressed, career growth is an issue as they depute the candidates. Its the client who takes the growth decisions whether it may be rise in pay or anything. Aarvi Encon Ltd. Is the mediator between the employee and the client company. The work is kept in contract always and extension will be subject to the client, the security of it will always be a issue.
