Aarvi not interfere if you engage any dispute with client aarvi always in favour of her client not employee. Aarvi encon deploy a Project manager which will manage team according to own interest. If you are ready to give him wine or any party then will always in your favour. They treat you like labour nothing else . There is no CL/PL & any other medical leave. Worst leave policy.

...icals ltd. As a civil engineer on role of very reputed company aarvie encon ltd. ,Givening me a great opportunity but struggling for salary rise and asking for a market value of a BE civil er. As my HR coordinator promised me for increment in salary after renewal of a contract . Although with due respect this company gave me a great opportunity for enriching my career platform. After this feedback perhaps I am hoping for best solution. Perhaps I will be seeing my future to continue with the same company.

AARVI encon pvt ltd provide all facilities to employee but time schedule is not good ( for site engineer) and over time also not provided. Duty time is more than normal duty hours of site engineer.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
