Nothing to be like... Even the senior don't support you...

Dislikes

... in a month even though you have accumulated many CL they will touch your EL ... Salary date is unpredictable... If you are posted in project office you will be in hell as there is no holidays except Sundays and 4 national holiday... Top management is not cooperative... The worst part is 3 months notice period... Even if you forfeit your salary they will not release you full and final settlement and reliving letter you need to complete the notice period... Everything is company policy and I am working for 3 years till date we didn't recieve any company or HR policy document... The official mail id is just for show only internal purpose... We are kept in dark and everything is company policy... Top management is also corrupted and never support esp the project site employee... Working in this company is like you have to forget your family...

Flexible work timings spend time with family.

Dislikes

They didn't care about employees future and they demand salary return from the employee in the name of notice period..how the employee know's they get the job after 3months..they asking 3months notice period. If employee gave notice period less than 3months they don't given experience letter also...and in the final settlement also employee should pay the return ammount if they want experience letter...this is horrible...😏😏😡😡

Company simply entertains the technical team with good salaries & no proper performance evaluation from the irrigation division, all the people simply works as their wish, the rest department hr, admin , accounts they treat like a slave.

Dislikes

No proper monitoring from the top management, simply pay salaries to technical team, and sucks the blood of hr and less salaried employees
