Late salary, No cordination between management & staff. HR does not respond to even a single query. You have to approach AVP HR for every query. Not effective approach

Work environment is dependent on the PM. and varies project to project. Job security is good.

In last few months salary is not on time. It is delayed by 13-17 days. The HR department is quite irrresponsive

As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

...any don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. There will be no use of your technical skills but only photo clicking skills. Please don't join

No one is there to hear the employee problem about salary issues , management is very poor. Employee own increment amount is pending which company is not paying and keeping it for years. No promotion and negligible increment

For initial period or starting the job as yearly contractual, It is good. Salary on time general by 5th of every month.

Dislikes

Uncertainty regarding the job. You will be in job and salary will be credited but they delay in giving extention paper. As per their requirements they will make you work and suddenly they will end the contract.
