As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

Dislikes

...any don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. There will be no use of your technical skills but only photo clicking skills. Please don't join

For initial period or starting the job as yearly contractual, It is good. Salary on time general by 5th of every month.

Dislikes

Uncertainty regarding the job. You will be in job and salary will be credited but they delay in giving extention paper. As per their requirements they will make you work and suddenly they will end the contract.

Iam taking about Railway Department . You can get salary on time that is all ! Some officials are good some are worst . They won't understand your problem , if they are giving salary means you have to do it any way !

Treat employees like labourers ... No respect to employees . You have to risk your life to do work , still no appraisal .

...ment is very supportive and responsive towards the staff and rules are followed strictly healthy work environment but salary is a little late .

I dont dislike anything about Aarvee associates its all depends on the client , The working culture which client wants to make and develop we follow.

...st in india. Whole HR and admin management is so poor that it will make you cry. Aarvee makes us suffer a lot during covid 19, by late salary, improper leave management etc etc.
