Too much value to colleges name. And loosing a good talented n experienced employee due to huge difference between the pay package.experience person should be valued more then the college name.

Previously the company was average, but since last year the work culture, environment, managers, leaders & senior leadership team have become toxic. The company relocating employees to different locations & departments with out prior notice. They have stopped filling positions vacated by resigned employee or reducing employees and overloading single employees with work of multiple people. The no of manager & leaders exceeds the number of actual working staff. Under the guise of cost cutting, even basic amenities like quality tea are no longer provided. They are indirectly pressuring people to leave.
