Some policy change every years about salary structure and mobile not allowed in company , double PF deductions , bonus also includes in CTC , bad transportation, full family insurance not given by company

Fake commitment by HR. Working on public holidays or national holidays. Give more benefits and salary to freshers as compared to experience persons. No gender equality. Managers always support to girls.

The company culture is very ethnical. There is no politics. People are really good. They actually express care for their employees which is their core value

...ations are little bit off the cities. So it makes difficult to travel from home. Also salary hikes are little slow

I am working here as a Fixed Term Employee no salary increament for FTE's even the HR has promised that increament will be same as permanent employees. But as it's verbal communication they denied as the time of increament. I will suggest not to join here as a Fixed term employee it will be your worst experience and you will get depressed to the worst bottom level.
