Good environment and salary system but there is a need of some improvement in many aspects.

There is a local persons harrasment and threating and doing work like ruffians.Some staff not behave good with other state people .

...company policies are not maintain as bellow Assistent Manager level and QA dept. salary of bellow QA Head very less and not given as per working experience

...re is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. QA dept. Salary very less not given as per working exeperience so Career growth is slow. Other then is ok

its good atmoshphere for better learning & to rise high wth good knowledge. company always works for employees new training & learning.

Previously the company was average, but since last year the work culture, environment, managers, leaders & senior leadership team have become toxic. The company relocating employees to different locations & departments with out prior notice. They have stopped filling positions vacated by resigned employee or reducing employees and overloading single employees with work of multiple people. The no of manager & leaders exceeds the number of actual working staff. Under the guise of cost cutting, even basic amenities like quality tea are no longer provided. They are indirectly pressuring people to leave.
